Website visits
PrintDeck does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes.
The video player loads icons from cdn.plyr.io. The installer loads libraries from unpkg.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net and downloads firmware from this website or GitHub. These requests send your IP address and technical request information to the relevant provider.
External providers may process request data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices describe their processing, retention and international transfer safeguards.
Browser storage
The website uses localStorage to remember your language and appearance. The video player also stores playback preferences and may cache its icons. This information stays in your browser and is not used by PrintDeck for advertising or visitor analytics.
These entries have no automatic expiry set by PrintDeck. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser settings. This resets your saved preferences.
Browser installer
The installer downloads firmware and writes it directly from your browser to the USB device you select. Access to the device requires your permission in the browser.
Support messages
When you email PrintDeck, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use Microsoft 365 (Office 365) for support email and process this correspondence to handle your request and investigate reported issues.
We handle support requests on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and resolving issues. When your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with us, we process the necessary information to take steps at your request before that contract.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and continue the related conversation. You can contact us to request deletion.
Compatibility reports are not sent automatically: you decide whether to email one. GitHub issues are public. Do not include passwords, access codes or other private information in a public issue.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to PrintDeck using the email address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Poland’s UODO.
